A Proven Coaching Record

Thomas follows the coaching methods passed onto him by award winning coach, Peter Reeves, who himself was mentored by the renowned Pat Clohessy. Thomas has put these methods to the test for over a decade and has proven their effectiveness (see details below).

Achievements

Thomas began running seriously since 2013 and has experienced the highs and lows of running. He has experimented with a variety of methods and sought out expert advice to reach his running potential. Doing so improved his marathon time from 4 hours 51 minutes to 2 hours and 42 minutes.

Career highlights so far include winning Park2Park in Ipswich three times and the Warwick Pentathrun. He has podiumed at Toowoomba, Mogill and Gordanvale and achieved 1st in his age group at the Brisbane Marathon.

Thomas also knows what it's like to go through the lows, including a wide variety of injuries and a multiple year form slump.

Through these experiences, Thomas has found ways to overcome and reach higher and to find what really matters in running and life.

Thomas has completed an athletics training course, worked as a High School Physical Education teacher and is the Event Director at his local parkrun. He is broadly connected with a large number of running clubs.

On a personal level, Thomas has helped friends and family find success and enjoyment in running, starting from zero. Now he is ready to help you too.
